Farewell Marc Pearson!

We’re sharing some bittersweet news from the EPIC team! After four incredible years of dedication and impact, Marc Pearson will be moving on from his role as Community Engagement Manager to explore pastures new, joining Oasis Charitable Trust as a Community Hub Leader from November 2025.

There can be no doubt that Marc has brought unwavering commitment and passion to EPIC. To every young person we’ve supported, and every partner we’ve engaged over the past four years, you’ll have felt his positivity and energy. His influence has inspired not only our community but also the entire EPIC team.

We know that the seeds Marc has planted will continue to flourish for years to come as the EPIC community grows from strength to strength. Marc will remain connected to EPIC as an advocate, referral partner, and mentor. Thank you, Marc, for everything you’ve contributed: your legacy is truly EPIC. 💚

With change comes opportunity, and we’re delighted to announce the promotion of our fantastic Programme Coordinator, Lisa Floyd, to Operations Manager.

As demand from young people and partners continues to grow, this new role will strengthen our capacity to meet the needs of our expanding community. Congratulations, Lisa! 👏
