Steve is the founder of Whanau Advisory, which supports and partners with fast-growing SME brands (including Passenger, Au Vodka and D. Louise) on their future growth journeys. This all starts with helping them identify their Northstar. Whanau is focused on ‘Growth for Good’, which means it gives back a percentage of the fees received to two charities: Birmingham Children’s Hospital and St. Basils. Whanau has also helped to set up a Changemakers project with Birmingham Children’s to help them create a more sustainable way of raising money.

Steve is widely known for joining the Gymshark Board as CEO and shareholder in June 2014 and growing the business into a Unicorn brand in 2020 (with a valuation of $1.5 Billion).

He’s passionate about giving back through business and passing on his experience to help new founders grow the unicorn brands of the future.
