EPIC Speaker Series - Jon Hughes

Jon is Managing Director for UK Fire Training Ltd & Humanise Learning Ltd and report directly to the business owners. From have budgetary responsibility, oversee the day-to-day running of business and ensure the company's long term goals and objectives are set, being worked to and ultimately being achieved. He collaborate with all members of the business in compiling and analysing statistics, reviewing against KPI's and presenting these at Board Meetings. He has a good all-around knowledge of business having worked my way up through the ranks and along the way have worked in various roles and departments such as Operations, Account Management, Sales and Marketing. I am comfortable with CRM systems such as Salesforce and OpenCRM. Outside of work, I volunteer in a number of roles including as a school governor and club secretary, safeguarding officer and coach for a local grassroots football team.
